cause of death, why was he arrested, convicted people, who was murdered today

Sven Arne Hansen, a great Norwegian, died at the age of 74 in June 21

On June 20, the current president of the European Athletics Association, Norwegian Sven Arne Hansen, who lost his ability to work due to a sudden stroke in March, died at the age of 74. Now I do not know how did Sven Arne Hansen die today

Hansen was born in May 1946 after the war. At the age of 17, he started an ice hockey club and owned his own stamp sales company. At the age of 22, he was a member of the Youth Committee of the Norwegian Federation of fields. In 1985 he became the tournament director of the bisclett games (later the Diamond League Oslo).

Hansen became president of the European track and field association from 1998 to 2006, and then served as president for the second time in 2015. When Sebastian Coe, the current president of the IAAF, set three world records in 41 days in 1979, two of them were set in the bisclett games. And the first international match of COE is also held here. Sebastian Coe mourns the death of his best friend.

As we all know, after Sebastian Coe took office, the determination and strength of IAAF in fighting against doping are unprecedented. A large part of it is also supported by the European side. Hansen has always advocated that anyone who finds out the banned drugs should not be banned for several years, but directly for life. In April 2017, Hansen proposed a super shocking plan: to cancel all the track and field world records set before 2005. Because the IAAF began to save urine samples in 2005, Hansen represented the European Association’s attitude is very firm: no urine samples of the early world record, no one to trust!

The plan has the support of Sebastian Coe, but we can imagine the huge resistance behind it. Let alone 2017, even now 2020, there are still a lot of world records set before 2005, involving the United States, Russia (the former Soviet Union), Britain and other major track and field countries. So at that year’s Council, the plan was not adopted. Wang Junxia set the world record of 3000 meters outdoor for women in 1993, which has been safely preserved up to now. Hansen was born on a peninsula in Western Oslo in May 1946. He participated in many sports when he was young, and established an ice hockey club when he was 17. After graduating from college with a degree in mathematics, he qualified as a track and field referee and later became a sports host at a local radio station. From 1968 to 1972, he started his sports management career as a member of the junior Committee of the Norwegian track and field Federation.

Before the 1972 Oslo track and field competition (later the Diamond League Oslo station), an official of the organizing committee was injured by javelin in the track and field. Hansen worked as the Organizing Committee of the competition for several years. He has been the event director since 1985. He then stayed in the position for 24 years before retiring in 2009. From 2003 to 2015, he became the president of the Norwegian Association of farmers.

Hansen was elected vice president of European track and field from 2007 to 2011 and president in 2015 after he served as president of the European games from 1998 to 2006. He has been a member of the world athletics Council since 2015.

Anson is a good friend and colleague of the current president of IAAF, Sebastian Coe, who has worked hard to combat doping since taking office in 2015. Hansen once proposed that all athletes who were found to have taken doping should be banned for life. In April 2017, Hansen proposed to IAAF to cancel all track and field world records before 2005. Because the IAAF’s traceable urine samples of athletes began in 2005, the previous relevant data is in an untenable situation.

At present, Chinese athletes keep the world record of four track and field events, the oldest of which is Wang Junxia’s women’s 3000m. On September 13, 1993, Wang Junxia won the women’s 3000 meter championship in the world track and Field Championships with a record of 8 minutes, 06 seconds and 11 minutes.Let us apprecate Sven Arne Hansen though he already died.We would investigate the cause of Sven Arne Hansen death soon.
